Service Description

Move In/Out cleaning includes: Bathrooms: Removal of hard water stains, Rust & Mildew build up, Grout cleaning, grout sealing, Polishing of all Porcelain, Polishing of tile and stone. Kitchen - Countertops, Cleaning and stripping grout, resealing grout, polishing porcelain, Inside and Outside of all appliances, Removal of buildup on sinks. Dust and Moisturize furniture in all rooms, clean all baseboards, light switches and outlets. Hand clean fixtures. Windows: Inside, outside, and tracks. Including hard water stain removal. Follow up email will be sent to clarify your needs and desires. Minimum 10hrs Most homes take 10 - 28 hours. Homes that require more work will be subject to further billing. This will be discussed with clients prior. The service agreement will be sent via email prior to any work to be done.
